What's Your "issue"?
Luke 8:43-48 (ISV)
“A woman was there who had been suffering from chronic bleeding for twelve years. Although she had spent all she had on doctors, no one could heal her. She came up behind Jesus and touched the tassel of his garment, and her bleeding stopped at once. Jesus asked, "Who touched me?" While everyone was denying it, Peter and those who were with him said, "Master, the crowds are surrounding you and pressing in on you." Still Jesus said, "Somebody touched me, because I know that power has gone out of me." When the woman saw that she couldn't hide, she came forward trembling. Bowing down in front of him, she explained in the presence of all the people why she had touched Jesus and how she had been instantly healed. Then he told her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace."
Oh to have that amount of determination, that amount of faith, that amount of focus!! Knowing without a shadow of a doubt that just touching Jesus’ garment would be enough to heal her long-standing ailment, one that was not only troubling but made her an ‘unclean’ outcast in society. Remember this was before tampons and Maxipads.
Jesus knew that difference between the overbearing, desperate crowd who wanted healing from Him and the determination of that one woman who didn’t even want to get His attention. She just knew. And believed. And He knew.
A faith as deep and unwavering as this woman's earned Jesus’ full attention. By stating “Daughter, your faith has made you well…” He wanted her to know that there is no power in His clothes. It was her faith.

Do you ever wish you could just touch the hem of Jesus’ garment? God will do the same for you.
As you consider the story of the woman with the issue of blood, pray for:
Courage to develop mountain-moving faith
Strength to push through difficult situations
Strength to develop your determination to reach Him
Peace in your assurance of salvation in Jesus
Today’s Prayer
Dear Father, we all have our “issue” - our finances, our family, our job, our health - for which we feel overwhelmed, even outcast. Yet, we are determined to come to You to guide is to the answer and to the resolution. Lord Jesus, you know exactly what we need to do, when we need to do it, how we need to do it, where we need to do it, and whom we need to do it with. We are resolved and determined. We know we can more than touch Your garment. We can have Your full attention. Thank you for showing me the way forward. In Jesus name we asked for these things - this or something better. Amen.

Below is a link to what I consider to be authentic Messages from Heaven, which I have been following for years. This prophet is a mother of 8 children who lives in Argentina. She receives the Wounds of Christ (Stigmata) every Good Friday. She is wholly committed to Jesus Christ and is under the direction of holy Priests and Religious. The Messages she receives from Heaven for the world are archived since 2009 on her website, and are sent out in Spanish first and then translated and sent out in 7 other languages. The most recent Messages are from Jesus, on September 1 and 7, and from Saint Michael the Archangel, on September 12. We are being told we are living in the End Times, but not the End of the World, only the End of Satan's Rule in the world. There will still come the Kingdom of Peace (after the Great Tribulation and the Purification) in which The Divine Will will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. The time to repent is NOW. Heaven has predicted COVID and now WWIII, and also warned about GMOs and Science Misused. We have been given natural remedies for COVID beforehand and also for upcoming diseases. We are told that our sins are worse than in the time of the Great Flood and Sodom and Gomorrah, as well as the Tower of Babel. We all must choose whom we will serve. There will come persecution of God's People. Some will be martyred. Some will perish in calamities, but if they are ready for Heaven, there is nothing better than that. Others will be left to re-populate the earth, in which the Knowledge of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. All who survive will know, love, and serve the One Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Christ the King will rule in Majesty over His Creation. We will return to the state of Adam and Eve before the Fall. After a long time (1,000 years) will come the Great White Throne Judgment. But during the Era of Peace, Satan will be chained up, so he cannot tempt us. Jesus is coming VERY SOON, at the end of the Great Tribulation, in an "Intermediate Coming" in the air only, to destroy the Antichrist and the False Prophet and get Satan chained. The angels will purify the world, during the Three Days of Darkness, from all the bodies of the dead evildoers and from the pollution we have caused to God's Earth, as well as from the toxic fumes from the sky. We will be handed by God a Renewed World to live in and serve Him. Families will be ordered unto God, with right order in relationships. All the earth will rejoice at Jesus' Intermediate Coming. There are some glorious visions of Jesus coming in the clouds and all Nature receiving Him with joy. Alleluia! We will have a chance to repent or not. Those who do not, will end up lining up to receive the Mark of the Beast, because they will have hardened their hearts. The Great Warning is the greatest Mercy since Calvary, because God does not want anyone to perish, and one can perish today with a church on every corner of America if one doesn't know the Love of God, has not repented of sin, and lives breaking His Commandments, which do not change. This Great Warning is God's Remedy for our ignorance and unbelief and will be our Last Chance to repent before the Antichrist reveals himself publicly. He is alive and is behind all the havoc we see everywhere. After the Great Warning, those who repent will receive a Second Pentecost, in which we will be given great graces to understand spiritual things and to recognize the Antichrist when he reveals himself, so as not to be deceived by him. We are not to fear, but to trust the Most Holy Trinity and ask our Guardian Angels and Saint Michael and his Heavenly Legions to help us. They are waiting but we don't ask.
