"To the Greatest Mothers everywhere."

"When she speaks, her words are wise,

and she gives instructions with kindness.

She carefully watches everything in her household

and suffers nothing from laziness.

Her children stand and bless her.

Her husband praises her.'

"There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!"

Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last;

but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised.

Reward her for all she has done.

Let her deeds publicly declare her praise."

Proverbs 31:26-31 NLT

Thank you, Mom. You were the greatest mother a son could ever have.

I love you forever!

GOD bless you all!

Dr, Tenpenny,

My mother (dead now these 9 years, having reached 97 1/2) was a woman on the authoritarian side, and often I chafed beneath her bit. But the single best thing she ever did for me was to make sure I was in Sunday School every Sunday of the school year. In Sunday School, where I was exposed to the Voice and to the Message.

I know I am late to the party here, it being the 20th day but I am resubscribing as I unsubscribed due to too much going on *still is, but I want to do it again and also wanted to add my 2 cents here on "mothers". REAL mothers are a huge blessing to life, to us and to the planet Earth, God created women to nurture and to care for and to give security to the young and the vulnerable. unfortunately, not all are REAL mothers, meaning a TRUE mother is what I just wrote up top and one who loves God and lives this love by extending it to others. we can also all do this. we have both qualities within us, like "Mother/Father God" ~ that being said, I did not have a good mother, in fact, she pretty much hated me, was extremely jealous of me and wanted me to die..........she ruined our family and promoted abortions and ruined relationships in our family due to her "helpful interventions" when siblings and a niece went to her for help. Instead of being inclusive and wanting to encourage and to provide support, my mother was into "getting rid of that inconvenience". I am sorry for her, she has been dead for almost 3 years, I don't even know what happened to her but I understand she weighed 78 lbs. when she died. I was not allowed to talk or to see her for a long time, due to my brother who wanted her money and estate all for himself so he *a former cop, would not allow her to communicate or to see or talk to anyone. well, she raised him so that is on her as that was her "golden child". not all of us had good mothers. I have never liked this holiday and found it very hard to pretend I had a good mom, not all of us did. certainly my family suffered due to her being our "mother". I am sorry for all of us who didn't get this love and nurturing that we all deserved as Children of God, we DO deserve to be valued and to feel secure. We can find this in God if we work on being able to receive and to know that we are worthy. I believe that we are all immortals and make in the image of God, so life does continue and I believe in reincarnation for sure as most of the World does. you can't kill or destroy energy so think about this if you don't believe in reincarnation........and it proves for me, that God is merciful because we get chances time and time again, to come back in to learn our lessons in our evolving back to Him. I just wanted to say that, while my mother that I came into this life with was not what I would have chosen ideally - I had much to learn and I am still learning that I am indeed worthy of receiving and that I am valuable because God in me is my Soul and God is love. And I am His.

God bless all.
