Number 5. When teaching your kids in love, teach them to honor. The commandment with a promise. That things go well with you. To prepare them to enter the land ahead. Good basic commands, we need as a basis for our lives.

Wonderful prayer. As if I said it myself right from my heart! I often think that in order to be held accountable for every word, thought and deed, God our Father would have to have an exact record of each. He would have to bring it to our remembrance in order to righteously judge us. So that means everything is being recorded on every being for their entire existence. This is not difficult for an amazing God. I think on this in “real time” sometimes. It is my deepest hope that when he forgives us for our sins, he blots out the record of it and as the Bible says he remembers it no more and he doesn’t want us to bring it up again! Thank you dear Abba for the blood of Lord Jesus. Amen.

Every transgression we committed is a rebellion against the law of GOD. We have ALL transgressed and are guilty of breaking the law of GOD. Only the GOD/MAN, Jesus, kept the law perfectly. He took the penalty for our transgressions by dying in our place as our atonement. The penalty was eternal separation from GOD in hell but the gift for believing is Eternal LIFE.

Romans 10:9

"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is LORD and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"

Won't you accept HIM today. The Bible says," Today is the day of salvation." Please don't wait you're not promised tomorrow 🙏 😪

GOD says, "Chose Life!"

I just heard in church today somewhere (I didn't hear where) some high schools are going to have the 10 commandments on the walls again.

Thank the LORD! Maybe our younger generation will get a clue.

We need to pray for their eyes to be opened.

Excellent post. My understanding is that #6 translation should be “Thou shalt not murder”. Seems a much wiser commandment as some kill in self defense & in war - would seem an important distinction to be made.

Thank you, Sherri. We all need to hear everything you said in this letter more often so we will not forget how dependent we are upon GOD's grace and mercy.

"Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever." Psalm 136:1-26

LORD, enable us to do what is right in Your sight. Forgive us of our sins, oh GOD. Remove anything within us that is offensive to You. Help us to surrender completely to Your will for our lives. May we please You, LORD, yes, may we please You more.

In Jesus' Holy Name, we pray. Amen.

"May he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever! Amen." Hebrews 13:21 NLT

GOD bless you all!

Lead me to Calvary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgwX3bYgav8

"King of my life, I crown Thee now

Thine shall the glory be

Lest I forget Thy thorn-crowned brow

Lead me to Calvary

Lest I forget Gethsemane

Lest I forget Thine agony

Lest I forget Thy Love for me

Lead me to Calvary

May I be willing, Lord, to bear

Daily, my cross for Thee

Even Thy cup of grief to share

Thou hast borne all for me

Lest I forget Gethsemane

Lest I forget Thine agony

Lest I forget Thy Love for me

Lead me to Calvary

Lest I forget Gethsemane

Lest I forget Thine agony

Lest I forget Thy Love for me

Lead me to Calvary."
