As the good doctor says, “laughter is the best medicine!” 😉

Ever since my husband came home from the hospital and while recovering from open heart surgery and getting an AICD implant, we’ve been laughing a lot more. It’s a great way to release tension and change one’s perspective on life. We are now grateful for his second chance at life and he can’t wait for rehab. That in itself is cause for a good laugh. 😃 I pray we never stop laughing all the way Home!

Dr.T......Hello....could you please schedule Ann Blake-Tracy to promote her book Prozac Panacea or Pandora. Also the 30 plus years of data collected on Drugawareness.org ....she needs refreshing. Plus the information along with your research would be mega informative!!!

As I sit here quietly meditating on all that I am grateful for I lift my eyes and there on the mantelpiece I see a picture of ‘the laughing Christ’. I find it so uplifting to imagine Jesus throwing His head back as He laughs at stories He shares with His friends. I believe He likes to laugh with us too as we share our joys and happy moments with Him. Yes! You are right Sherri, laughter is so important for our wellbeing. As you so right say ‘ it is more than medicine’

So good!!! What a wonderful reminder that in the midst of all the looming darkness and dispair all around us we can choose to not let it consume us but instead be filled with Joy and laughter. This joy that passeth understanding Gods word speaks about only comes through knowing Jesus and keeping your eyes on him and his goodness toward us. Great word!!! Thankyou for sharing!!
