This period of "quiet" from God is difficult to endure and I wonder if He hears me or ask, why isn't He doing something? It reminds me of feeling this way before the election, asking why doesn't He stop them from their evil plots when all the while he was setting things up to perform His miracle. His first step was thwarting the assination attempt, a first 'sign' He's listening to our prayers then came the result of the election because God opened people's eyes and hearts to the truth. Then the people let this evil government know their feelings by voting Trump as president but further to support him to reduce the prevailing evil in government God gave him the senate and the house to support him. It's so hard to wait on God's timing but His word never comes back void. We need to keep our focus on God for everything each and every day. Dr. T make sure you don't overdue it and get good rest.
I am sorry for not reading/listening for a while. The school year is busy as a teacher in a new school (3 yrs old). Also, traveling to help care for my dad passing away with “turbo cancers” that many doctors have learned.
For the longest time, I've wanted to off myself - then I think, "All things in God's time, not mine." Besides....it'd be pretty screwed up if both my children's parents took that route. #BeBlessed🙏

I just read your message and I was lifted from my place of self pity and know I was not looking in the right direction. I was in a place where I could not breathe and felt so alone. I know I was never alone. I might have been blinded by lifes problems, but I neglected to let God in and raise me from my problems. I know it has to be on "his" time table, not mine. Exodus 14:14 "The Lord will fight for you, you only have to be silent" Did I quiet myself to hear him, we all have to make conscious efforts to listen intently and as Sherri said "lean in on him" and let our faith become steadfast, stronger and resolute. Many if not most of us have large loads to carry in life, and at times are disappointed when we don’t see progress in the good things we had planned.
It’s here that we are reminded to release our thoughts, desires and plans into the capable hands of our Redeemer Yeshua Jesus and be honest to tell Him it’s hard to wait.. but that you trust Him - no matter what!
Everywhere we turn, life is full.. but somehow Father causes “pauses” to enter into our lives.. creating time to draw nearer, pressing in ever more closely.. where we can catch our breath and find His true peace which cannot be bought, only experienced.
