1/ God is in ultimate control. There are no maverick molecules or occurrences. All is going according to His plan, which cannot be thwarted. We may not fully understand it, but we can trust Him and stand firm in our faith, for He is ever-faithful. Death for us, although physically unpleasant, is not the end but rather a glorious beginning.
2/ Evil ultimately destroys itself by design. Its useful idiots are duped into the delusion that they are God. And we know where that got Lucifer.
On a Sunday morning in December 1941, a chaplain had his most difficult assignment ... to say a prayer to sailors aboard a U.S. navy ship actively under low–flying attack by the enemy firing from all directions. He quickly realized the best he could do was walk the ammunition line, laying his hand on each soldier, saying "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!"
That statement has a different meaning for those of us not in physical combat of war. Our ammunition is the Word of God, as we are exhorted to put on the whole armor of God. Notice in that armor there is no protection for the back ... because Jesus Christ has our back at all times. The only offensive weapon (ammunition) is the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, as that was the weapon Jesus very effectively utilized against the devil when taken up into the wilderness after His baptism. (Our dear Lord is our example.)
No matter the human inclination to fear these evil ones, we need only to stand firm and hold fast to our faith, reminding ourselves that the battle has already been won at the cross. With much 🙏🏻 and ❣️ for God, blessings to my fellow spiritual warriors.
I pray that the Director General will soon repent and turn to the one true LORD God through Jesus Christ's redemption work. One day, he will face his Creator, the Ancient of Days, and that will be terrifying for him.
